A big fabulous brooch that doubles as a pendant by Sarah Coventry. From the 1968 Remembrance Collection, the piece features an oval art glass cabochon center stone surrounded by oval faux pearls and tear drop art glass stones.
The glass stones are marbled white and gold flecked turquoise. The gold tone diamond shaped frame is highly textured. The warm luster of the pearls and beautiful stones create a lovely balanced contrast.
The big brooch is designed to be convertible to a necklace pendant with a bale hook. All stones are prong set.
Condition is excellent. All the original stones are present and in perfect condition. The gold tone finish is also pristine.
A beautiful Sarah Coventry brooch / pendant that shouts vintage jewelry drama.

We sell select vintage items. They are not new, and rarely look new. They are, in many cases, older than we are – they have seen life and times. We do not repair or replace parts on any of the items we sell. They came to us in the condition they are now, and are sold as is. When we say an item is in “excellent vintage condition”, we mean just that – it is in excellent condition for its age. We are very particular about what we buy and sell, and describe things to the best of our ability, in a fair and accurate way. Please - closely review the photos and descriptions of the items you wish to purchase, and if you have questions about them, we will gladly answer them prior to your bidding/buying.
Our packing materials may be unsightly, albeit brilliantly effective. We try to reuse as much material as possible from our business.
WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING. Let us know! Must pay balance no more than 3 days after 1st purchase.

These minor imperfections often occur, such as: small defects in hand painting, color variations, creases or lines from molds, tiny air bubbles or small debris encased in glass is considered natural and is not going to be scrutinized or considered damage.
